Anti-Gray Market Alliance Names Board of Directors


Arlington, VA – The Anti-Gray Market Alliance (AGMA) today announced that it has elected a board of directors and officers.

AGMA board members are:

  • Marie Myers, Director, Internal Audit, Compaq Computer (Chairman and President)
  • Stephen Troyer, Director, World Wide Channels, Cisco Systems
  • Deborah Lee, Manager, Business Compliance, 3Com Corporation (Treasurer)
  • Hanneke Cruz, Program Manager, Channel Operations, Apple
  • Donna DelMonte, Manager, Consumables Strategy, Xerox Corporation
  • Janet McAllister, Manager, Channel Operations, Contracts and Compliance, Hewlett-Packard (Secretary)

In addition, ITAA President Harris N. Miller has been named Special Industry Advisor to the Board. David Colton, ITAA Vice President, has been named Executive Director.
